We need 4 volunteers to help transport the games, tables, canopy and supplies to the town green from the church. You will meet at the church at 1:00 to have everything set up by 1:45.
We need 8 volunteers (at all times) to oversee things that are happening at the booth during the event. We need volunteers to help with crafts, games, candy, and prizes. This event is from 1:45-5:00. Please let us know what area you would like to help with and the timeframe you are available to help.
We need 4 volunteers to help transport the games, tables, canopy and supplies from the town green back to the church and put the items away at the church. This will be done from 5:00 to approximately 5:30.
