We are reserving a block of hotel rooms (each with two queen beds) so our group can stay together. As of October 5, we are still finalizing the exact location. To reserve one of the church-held rooms, please submit a $100 deposit. We will share total cost details in the coming weeks.

You are welcome to arrange your own lodging, though you will be responsible for your own transportation.
